We offer vacuum box in 1000L and 1500L capacity. These boxes are used for checking leaks or faults in welding of bottoms and annular plates of the tanks. The vacuum boxes are fabricated from MS Steel with an acrylic sheet on the top. These vacuum boxes have an inlet valve connecting to the vacuum pump, which creates vacuum in the box that shows bubbles when the soap water is applied on the weld, in case of any leaks or weld defects. The practice of vacuum box testing is generally applied in ship hull testing.
